प्रिय जलवंत,
पिछले कुछ दिनों से तुम्हारे बारे में कुछ प्रिय बातें और कुछ अप्रिय बातें सुनने को मिल रही हैं। यह जानकर अच्छा लगा कि 24/06/24 को प्रतिलिपि क्रिएटर अवार्ड प्रोग्राम में 50 से अधिक धारावाहिक लिखने पर तुम्हें विशेष प्रशंसा प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त हुआ है। इसी जून माह में “साहित्यिक टॉक विद गरिमा” के यूट्यूब चैनल पर 1 घंटे की साहित्यिक चर्चा में तुम्हारे विचारों की गहराई जानकर खुशी हुई। तुम्हारे पसंदीदा विषय पर तुम्हारी पुस्तक “मैं कोटा हूं”
के प्रकाशित होने पर भी तुम्हें बहुत-बहुत बधाई।
मैं जानता हूं कि तुम्हें लेखन के बहाने अपनी भावनाओं को उजागर करना बहुत अच्छा लगता है। पिछली छः पुस्तकों की भांति यह पुस्तक भी किताब राइटिंग पब्लिकेशन द्वारा दिव्या त्रिवेदी जी के मार्गदर्शन में छापी गई है। दिव्या जी की ईमानदारी, भोलापन और कार्य के प्रति समर्पण से तुम सदैव प्रभावित रहते हो। तुमने मुझे बताया था कि तुम्हें उनका स्लोगन “अच्छाइयां फैलाओ…खुशियां फैलाओ” बहुत पसंद है। अच्छी बात है ..दिव्या जी और उनकी टीम के अच्छे अच्छे लोगों से सदैव जुड़े रहना चाहिए। तुम भी इसी विचारधारा के प्राणी हो इसलिए इस टीम में लगातार कार्य करते रहो। इनके साथ रहकर तुम अपने लेखन शौक को सदैव जिंदा रख सकते हो।
लेकिन तुम्हें अपने लेखन के बीज को रोपने के लिए प्रतिलिपि की उर्वरा भूमि को कभी नहीं भूलना चाहिए। क्योंकि तुम्हारे लेखन का पौधा यहीं से बढ़ना शुरू हुआ है। देर सवेर.. इस ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म पर तुम्हारा रचनाएं लिखते रहना मुझे अच्छा लगता है। आशा करता हूं कि समाज के प्रति अपनी जिम्मेदारी निभाते हुए, अपनी संदेशप्रद रचनाओं के लेखन से तुम सदैव दूसरों को प्रेरणा देते रहोगे।
अरे हां… अभी पिछले हफ्ते तुम्हारे बेटे “उत्कर्ष” ने तुम्हारे लिए यूट्यूब चैनल ” Rise and Wise with me” भी शुरू किया है। जिसमें उसने तुम्हारे पर्यटन, योग और साहित्य से जुड़े कुछ वीडियो, शॉर्ट्स डालें हैं। भले ही यहां देखने वालों की संख्या कम हो, लेकिन मुझे यह प्रयास अच्छे लगे। इंसान को सदैव सृजनात्मक और आशावादी दृष्टिकोण रखते हुए सदैव क्रियाशील बने रहना चाहिए। इस दिशा में तुम्हारा बेटा तुम्हें बहुत सहयोग करता है। मैंने पिताओं को बच्चों के लिए ख्वाब बुनते हुए देखा है, लेकिन तुम्हारा 14 वर्ष का उत्कर्ष सदा अपने पिता के लिए यानी तुम्हारे लिए ख्वाब संजोता रहता है। सच में वह तुमसे बहुत प्यार करता है। पिता पुत्र का यह स्नेह ताउम्र बना रहे ..ऐसी भगवान से प्रार्थना है।
इन दिनों अपने संस्थान की वरिष्ठ प्रवक्ता डॉक्टर सीमा शर्मा जी के मार्गदर्शन में भी तुम बहुत अच्छे से कार्य कर रहे हो। कोई भी मीटिंग हो.. सर्वे हों..ट्रेनिंग के कार्य हों या बहुत से कार्यक्रम में समन्वयक की तुम्हारी भूमिका.. अपने कार्य के विशिष्ट अंदाज के कारण तुम्हें दूसरों का सदा प्यार मिलता रहा है। कार्य के प्रति निष्ठा बनाए रखने से ही ऐसा संभव हो पाता है। सुना है.. इन दिनों तुम अपने जिले में बाल वाटिका से लेकर कक्षा 12वीं तक में पाठ्यक्रम के अनुरूप रुचिकर पहेलियां भी तैयार करवा रहे हो। सच में यह पहेलियां बच्चों में पढ़ाई के प्रति जिज्ञासा बढ़ाएंगे। जिले में चल रही कर्मयोगी की ट्रेनिंग में भी, मैं तुम्हारी भूमिका की प्रशंसा करता हूं। कर्म तो हम सभी करते हैं, लेकिन फल की इच्छा किए बगैर, दूसरों के हितों को ध्यान में रखते हुए, “बहुजन हिताय बहुजन सुखाय” की भावना से कार्य करना आसान नहीं होता। तुम्हारी कर्म योगी की ट्रेनिंग यही संदेश दे रही है। मैं जानता हूं इस ट्रेनिंग को लेकर कुछ शिक्षकों द्वारा तुम्हारी और तुम्हारे संस्थान की आलोचना भी हुई है। क्योंकि तुमने उनकी गर्मियों की छुट्टी का समय काटकर, उन्हें अपने पास बुला लिया है.. उनका विचलित होना स्वाभाविक है। बहुत से लोग अपना आरामदायक और सुविधाजनक क्षेत्र छोड़ना ही पसंद नहीं करते। उन्हें जरा सा भी काम बता दिया जाए वह हो हल्ला मचाने लगते हैं। लेकिन सरकारी निर्देशों में बंध कर, अपने कर्तव्य पथ पर अडिग रहना… तुम्हारे व्यक्तित्व के सकारात्मक बिंदु हैं। ट्रेनिंग को बिना बाधा के आगे बढ़ा रहे हो.. यह एक अच्छी बात है।
तुम यह तो जानते ही हो, गलत प्रवृत्ति के लोग अच्छे लोगों को सद मार्ग पर चलने से सदैव रोकते आए हैं। तुम इस तरह आलोचनाओं से तनिक नहीं घबराओगे.. ऐसा मुझे यकीन है।
बुनियादी साक्षरता और संख्यात्मक ज्ञान के प्रशिक्षण शिविरों में शिक्षकों के लिए तुम्हारे ओजस्वी और प्रेरणादाई संबोधन शिक्षकों में विशेष ऊर्जा और आशा का संचार करते आए हैं। तुमने हर बार की तरह जून माह में उन्हें भी अपने विशेष संबोधन देकर, अपना अनुयाई बना लिया। अपने विभाग के लिए ऐसे ही लगे रहो..। मैंने कई लोगों से तुम्हारे द्वारा दिए प्रेरणात्मक शब्दों की प्रशंसा सुनी है। क्योंकि तुम मेरे अपने हो.. इसलिए अपने की प्रशंसा सुनना और भी अच्छा लगता है।
लेकिन अब मैं दूसरे पहलू पर भी तुमसे बात करना चाहता हूं। तुम इंसान तो बेहतर हो.. लेकिन कभी-कभी पारिवारिक रूप में आने पर लड़खड़ाने लगते हो। इस महीने तुम गांव जाकर अपने माता-पिता और भाई बहनों से मिलकर आए.. यह एक अच्छी बात है। लेकिन अपनी पत्नी..सहधर्मिनी..जीवनसंगिनी की अपेक्षाओं पर खरा क्यों नहीं उतरते ?
उनके साथ संबंधों के निर्वाह में क्यों चिड़चिड़ाने लगते हो ?
जब दूसरे लोग तुम्हारी विशिष्ट भूमिकाओं के कायल हैं तो तुम अपनी पत्नी के प्रति अपनी विशिष्ट भूमिका क्यों नहीं निभाते ?
जानता हूं ….कई बार काम का दबाव अधिक होता है। सुबह, दोपहर, शाम के ऑफिस के व्यस्त कार्यक्रम बने रहते हैं। लेकिन इस समय में से उनके लिए “संतुलन ” बनाना भी तुम्हारा कर्तव्य है। उनके प्रति जिम्मेदारी से तुम बच नहीं सकते।
याद रखो ! तुम घर से बाहर निकलते ही हर क्षेत्र में स्वयं को सफल अनुभव करते हो तो इसका कारण यह है कि तुम्हारी अर्धांगिनी ने तुम्हें इसके लिए तैयार किया है। उनके योगदान को भुलाया नहीं जाना चाहिए। तुम सिर्फ बेहतर इसलिए हो क्योंकि तुम्हें .. तुम्हारे अपने के द्वारा बेहतर निर्मित किया जा रहा है।
लेकिन कई बार तुम चारों ओर की अपनी थकान और हताशा को अपनी जीवन संगिनी पर ही निकाल देते हो। यह अनुचित है.. सरासर गलत है। तुम्हें अपने इस व्यवहार पर लगाम कसने की बहुत आवश्यकता है।
मैं आशा करता हूं कि इस विषय पर तुम अवश्य गहनता से विचार करोगे। अगर तुम इस विषय पर विचार करने से चूके तो इसकी अनदेखी तुम्हें अपने अन्य क्षेत्रों पर भारी पड़ सकती है। समझदार के लिए इशारा ही काफी है.. अब पत्र बंद करना चाहूंगा।
